Our services Personnel and Training: We are in full compliance with the New York State 1992 Security Act. Extensive experience in operational planning, organizing, and coordinating of major events, and law enforcement liaison both. Selection and Training of Security Officers: AllNations Security Services Agency recruits our personnel from many sources; employee referrals, professional associations, educational institutions, and community groups. Our officers are carefully screened. Each applicant has an intensive pre-employment background check and, prior to placement at a site, will have gone through pre-employment training sessions. All applicants also undergo a series of aptitude tests, reference verification, drug screening, and extensive interviews. Candidates for Fire Safety Directors and armed positions have their credentials verified with all the appropriate licensing agencies. Our personnel are professionally trained and receive all New York State required 8 and 16 hour courses, plus 8 hours of site-specific training for your facility in areas such as; public relations, communication techniques, and emergency procedures. Always remember to address clients by their names Always maintain proper eye contact with a smile when dealing with clients Be very courteous in conversations with clients. Use expressions such as: “Good Morning, certainly, I’ll be happy to . . . , it’s my pleasure." Avoid the use of the following; ‘okay, sure, hi/hello, folks, no problem Answer phones at the third ring or less Take pride and care in your personal appearance. Convey a professional image by adhering to clothing and grooming standards Each employee will continually identify defects at the job Each employee shall identify and record client’s preferences or complaints If a client has a problem or special needs, you should interrupt your normal duties and personally address or resolve the issue Always speak positively and communicate any concerns to the appropriate person or persons Think 'Safety First.'
