Our President Nana Agyeman, CLSD has over 25 years experience in the security field, a John Jay College educated in Criminal Justice, a NYS cerfied instructor on general topics on security, American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute certified lodging security director and a certified Fire Safety Director for hi-rise hotel and motel complexes. He is the director for AllNations Security Guard Training School which is approved by the NYS Dept of Criminal Justice. He is the current director of Security Operations and Fire Safety at 11 E. Broadway LLC and 2 Mott street (Wing Ming Properties USA LTD) New York NY 10013. Nana Agyeman is also certified as Emergency Action Plan (EAP) director by the FDNY Our Vice President

Our experience ANSSA has the experience necessary to make every event completely secure, whether it's a concert in an arena that holds 80,000 people, a private party for a thousand celebrities, or a hotel-based conference attended by senior executives. We take a proactive approach to security in order to reduce a client's exposure to risk and liability before the event. On-site inspections prior to the event enable us to evaluate security risks and develop and implement security strategies that protect all parties, including not only the general public but performers and VIPs. To ensure seamless interaction and flawless execution, we coordinate closely with clients, their event suppliers, and other key resources, including hotel security, medical personnel, facilities staff, and local police. Our goal is to create a safe environment in which event attendees feel completely comfortable, so that they can concentrate on the entertainment or speaker without giving a thought to issues of security. In fact, in most cases attendees may not consciously be aware of the security around them. A sense of security rather than a conscious perception of it is our objective. Our supervisions 
Our sites are visited on a continual basis by senior management and field supervisors. Our field supervisors will be cross-trained in policies and procedures specific to your site. This affords ours the opportunity to benefit our clients with the most professional security services they deserve, in order to accommodate their unique security needs.Our insurance AllNations Security Services Agency carries the standard statutory insurance such as unemployment insurance, workman's compensation, disability insurance, and $10,000.00 surety bond. In addition to the statutory insurance, we have general liability insurance of $1 million dollars per incident, with $3 million in total. We find this coverage to be adequate for most situations. However, in certain instances, a client may desire or require higher coverage. We are able to obtain higher limits when necessary at a nominally higher charge. Management and Supervisors are able to respond quickly and efficiently to any situation that may occur. When you meet with us to discuss your needs, a member of our Management will work with you to set realistic goals for your security program. Our operations staff takes a proactive approach, setting up close working relationships with each client, doing the necessary advance work and surveying before the assignment begins, and assisting you and our training department in developing site specific procedures for the personnel involved. The partnership between our management and our clients sets us apart from the rest of the industry, and allows us to deliver the personalized service we have become known for. |
